Apache Junction Homes for Sale
Apache Junction homes for sale, from the in-town grid to acreage under the mountains.
What it is like to buy here
Apache Junction sits where the valley floor runs out and the Superstition Mountains start, with Lost Dutchman State Park and the Apache Trail on the edge of town. Buyers here are really choosing between four markets: the older in-town grid, the newer subdivisions south along the highway, the acreage north and east toward the mountains, and the manufactured home and RV resorts that fill up every winter. Manufactured homes on owned land sit alongside site-built houses, so two listings a street apart can be completely different purchases. Most of the city is in Pinal County, with a small piece in Maricopa, and water and utility providers change street by street. That is why I check the district, the water source and the zoning on every house before you write.
